The Fullbloom Quonset style blackout Greenhouse package is the most cost-effective, fully-automated blackout greenhouse system on the market. Our automated light deprivation packages make growing indoor quality plants hassle free by using top quality materials and our unique auto blackout system. Each greenhouse frame is made out of heavy duty galvanized steel and comes with the best quality components available. Our unique high efficiency designs allow us to pass the savings onto you.

The Quonset style blackout greenhouse is only available in sizes 20 feet wide at 20-95 feet long. It has a center peak height of 12’ and comes standard with 7’ straight sidewalls before the curve of the roof begins. The height and sidewalls can be adjusted downwards with this particular model if needed. Both endwalls are engineered to remain permanently blacked out. One wall contains the custom, pre-welded double black out doors (4’ x 8’ each) and the other is a solid endwall. The permanence of the endwalls makes it easy to mount fans and other equipment.

All of our frames and materials are pre-fabricated and punched so our customers save money on install costs. This makes it easy for you to modify and add additional equipment as it fits your needs.

Save time and money setup with our custom designed, UL listed Link4 iGroww 800 Automation system. Comes standard with contactor/relay panel, 4 – 22 amp 3 contactor modules and NEMA 4 enclosure.

Solarrig Woven Poly  Coverings

Provides greater longevity and reduce tear risks with Solarrig woven poly coverings. This anti-condensate poly reduces dripping and potential mold/mildew outbreaks as well as diffusing lights and reducing heat build up for even canopy coverage.

Winter Inflation Kit

There is no better insulation value then a winter inflation kit. Using two layers of 6mil polyethylene and an inflation system, we create a deep air bubble, providing insulation for energy retention. You can inflate the full structure, or just the roof to allow for versitility in sidewall operation. This provides a 40% energy savings over polycarbonate and adds strength for wind and snow resistance.

Auto Roll Up Sides

Auto Roll up sides provide a great solution for heat removal and passive airflow. When the air outside the greenhouse is a better temperature than inside, the sidewall roll ups will open and improve climate conditions without relying on ventilation equipment. Available with anti insect netting.

Evaporative Cooling

Significantly lower greenhouse temperatures with evaporative cooling. Used on the intake side of the greenhouse, our evaporative cooling systems use cold water to cool down air as its drawn through the greenhouse. Evaporative cooling systems additionally neutralize pollen and outside contaminates.

Fogging Systems

High pressure fogging systems by Fogco provide additional cooling and humidifying options for dry and high temp climates. Additionally the high pressure fog neutralizes pollen and other contaminants to keep the greenhoues disease free.


Essential for humid climates, choose from various size dehumidifiers to aid in properly maintaining ideal humidity for healthy plants. Limits powdery mildew outbreaks and improves crop quality.

Natural Gas & Propane Heating

Maintaining a uniform environment is essential to growing healthy plants. Utilize the industry best Reznor propane or natural gas heaters to automatically heat greenhouse as needed.

V-Flow Vertical Fans

Combined with horizontal airflow fans, V-flow fans by Vostermans creates the ideal solution for heat distribution throughout the greenhouse. Pulls warmer air from above the plant canopy and redistributes air for more consistent temperatures.

Odor Elimination

Tested and guaranteed odor elimination options for locations with strict odor laws. A fogging system is used on the exhaust fans and ridge vents with an additive that neutralizes 100% of all odors.

Insect Screen

Cover your intakes and roll up sidewalls with insect screen to prevent moths and other pests from entering the greenhouse. Reduces the need for insecticide use.
