The Wall Master belt drive exhaust fan is compact and easy to install with highly efficient air output and smooth operation. This fan comes equipped with an X-frame for added stability and a spring belt tensioner to reduce bounce during startup. As with all J&D models, bearings are eccentric locking, pre-lubricated, mounted in rubber and permanently sealed in order to reduce wear on the fan blades.
The fan comes standard with an aluminum shutter, affixed with a tie bar to prevent unintentional opening or flapping. The opposite side has an exterior hot dip galvanized wire mesh guard attached with poly clips to reduce vibration.
This 36†wall master fan comes with a belt drive motor, which  are more expensive to purchase initially, but have many benefits that make it worth the cost. Repairs are easier with this model, allowing for in house fixes, meaning less wait time and less expensive maintenance. The belt drive fans come with 4 blades instead of 3, which ensures a quieter performance.
